对CPV直接安装型阀岛的许多设定需要打开阀岛顶端盖上的开关模块(罩板),见图a,可见两组DIL选择开关,可设置现场总线协议,设置CP系统的扩展,站点地址的选择及设置诊断模式,如图b所示。 |

对于ABBCS31协议和Festo现场总线,DIL开关的前六位已足够满足站点设置的需求。换而言之,对于ABBCS31协议来说,DIL开关7必须设在OFF的位置。而对于Festo现场总线,DIL开关7、8用于设定波特率

不管实际配备了多少个阀线圈,带现场总线CPV直接安装型阀岛始终占用16个输出地址。这将使CPV阀岛在今后扩展时不再需要改变地址 一个阀位始终占有2个地址,即使该阀位上装配的是空位板或压力隔离板,也同样占有2个地址 如果阀位上装备的是双电控阀,则地址的分配情况见图d,先导电磁线圈14占据地址的低位,先导电磁线圈12占据地址的高位 对于单电控电磁阀来说,其高位地址将被空置 |
