切向综合偏差的公差(标准的附录) |

|
总则 除在采购文件中另有规定外,切向综合偏差的测量不是强制性的,因此,这些偏差的公差不包括在ISO 1328正文中 然而,当采购方和供方双方同意时,有时也可采用检验切向综合偏差的方法,最好顺带轮齿接触的检验,来替代其他一些检验方法。在表切向综合偏差中给出了一齿切向综合偏差和切向综合总偏差的定义 一齿切向综合偏差fi' 的公差值,可通过下表中列出的fi'/K数值乘以系数K求得,或由1)中公式计算,1)中为5级精度公差值的公式,对于其他精度等级,用表齿轮精度制的结构所述的同样规则计算,计算值的圆整,用表齿轮精度制的结构所述规则对(fi'/K)×K进行圆整 切向综合总偏差Fi' 的公差值用2)中5级精度的公式计算。不同精度等级的公差值的计算和计算值的圆整规则,与表齿轮精度制的结构相同 检验切向综合偏差时,须将被测齿轮与测量齿轮在适当中心距下进行单面啮合,使其具有一定侧隙,并施加一轻微而足够的载荷使得只有同侧齿面单面接触 5级精度公差的公式 注所用符号已在表符号和术语说明 1)一齿切向综合偏差fi' 的计算式 fi'=K(4.3+fpt+Fα) 即 fi'=K(9+0.3m+3.2 当εγ<4时, 如果被测齿轮与测量齿轮的齿宽不同,计算εγ时,取较小的齿宽值 如果齿廓或螺旋线在较宽范围修形,检验时εγ的有效值和K会受到很大的影响,因而,在评定测量结果时,这些因素必须考虑在内,在这种情况下,对检验条件和记录曲线的评定另行专门协议 2)切向综合总偏差Fi'的计算式 Fi'=Fp+fi' |
